Raw Chocolate Mousse Recipe... 1/2 can coconut cream1 cup of dates and goji berries mixed together1 bannana1 avocado1 tsp vanilla seeds1 tbs raw cacao powder1 tbs coconut nectar1 tbs Green Strengthening Mixand a sprinkle of chilliand a handful of berries to go on the top....then you simply blend and put in the fridge to chill

Food of the Week

Basil- this herb we use to season our food has so many incredible health benefits- it is highly anti bacterial and in studies in 2003 was shown to fight off strain of infection such as staphylococcus. It also has been shown to protect cell structure from radiation damage. It is a known anti inflammatory helping with rheumatic arthritis and irritable bowel.. There are many more benefits but just a few to get you started..
